tekla 15.0 connection to the start server

Good evening, everyone.
are new in using this beautiful program (perhaps when part).
I ask for a little help I have my problem:

work in an office that has 3 permanent tekla licenses and after installing the program and its startup licenses tekla 15.0.

premise: licenses are installed and active on my pc with its license program administration tool and gives me green.

start tekla 15 and asks me to connect to the server.
What should I put in that field? !
know that center the correct compilation of the tekla.lic file in the folder
c:\tekla structures\server.
my pc is connected to the internet correctly via fastweb router.

It's a week I've been banging on this.
I read the manual for almost 30 times and tried everything.

Can I ask you why you installed version 15 and not 17?

Because we have that version in the office.
We say there are three unused licenses since those who did the course and who knew how to use it no longer work in my office for more than a year. (a waste seen the cost) .
Since I wanted to ask you: tekla goes on windows 7?
I tried to install everything on s.o wind7 but I can't find the flexnet folder (the folder where you put backups of the lynchings) .
