text frame in multidirectors

I created a multidirector style, which plans to frame the text. the problem is that the frame is sticking to the text and I can't in any way leave a greater space all around. Does anyone know the solution to this problem? I think it's a problem many have, but I haven't found arguments in the forum.

There is no solution.
Perhaps, however, with the creation of a custom dynamic block you could overcome the problem, but it is to be evaluated.
the dynamic block would replace the textm as a type of multidirector.
But never tried to use dynamic blocks for multi-directors, so I don't know if they would work as well.

In fact... the frame is "attached" to the connection line, increasing the distance from the line to the text also increases the buffer.

I am on a pc with 2011, I checked and the buffer does not increase!!!

it is possible only with 2012, 2010 and 2011 do not allow it!
