text in 3d

Good evening,
I’m following a project I’m doing it in 3d but I have a problem, from this morning I’m trying to “fix” the writings, when I have a clear view, I see them well but as I move the view laterally I find all the writings scattered in space.. Can you help me? ! I attach photos.

you don't even understand what program you're using, it looks like autocad, but I have never seen yellow and blue icons (why not make a screenshot with one of the multiple tools included in the pc? instead of these sticking pictures with the phone? ).
you should have had the misfortune of having found yourself in the same situation in order to give an answer to the flight, otherwise you have to recreate the situation to study it.
