I looked for arguments that could help me but I didn't find them, so I decided to write here.

I own revit 2010 and tried to load a texture for a wall downloaded from the internet in .jpg (wall selection > material > similar material > rendering composition > on concrete properties, image file I uploaded the texture I was interested in).

When I went to make the render in the immanine I had neither the texture of the wall nor the floor that I had chosen... Where did I go wrong? in loading textures?

I press that I just approached revit. thanks in advance!

then:
- You duplicated an existing material and assigned it a new name
- to the new material you associated with the new texture
- from the properties of the wall designed in the project, did you associate the new material (or not? )
ps. the wall you used is with a single layer or has multiple layers?

but I did the process starting from the selection of the wall.

1_ wall selection
2_ properties type
3_ structure
4_ I chose the layer I was interested in
5_ duplicated and changed name of a similar material
6_ on rendering composition, concrete property I loaded the external texture (is the right place to upload it?) in jpg format
7_ I applied and made the render but you do not see the applied texture but that base we say

idem for the floor with another texture. I don't understand where I'm wrong!
