the last decree for safety of work equipment

The Ministry of Labour recently issued the Decree of 11 April 2011, with the aim of further organizing procedures, timing and bureaucratic and administrative passages for inspections of work equipment by public or private third parties. theinail is the first recipient, according to law, of such checks, which subsequently pass to the asl.

the extended name of the ministerial decree is “decree 11 April 2011 – discipline of the procedures for carrying out the periodic checks referred to in all. vii of the Legislative Decree. 9 April 2008, n. 81, as well as the criteria for the qualification of the subjects referred to in art. 71, co.13, of the same d.lgs”.

on this rule there is the decree text of reference law and intended for updating, the single text on safety at work d.lgs 81/08, in particular its art. 71 "obligations of the employer", in paragraphs 11,12,13.

I don't think they're talking about tariffs and it would be interesting to see how much periodic verification will cost. currently we are on 150 euros.
Whereas a part goes to the (non-organ) database management agency, the rest remains to you but, in my opinion, you are a big body otherwise you do not want to.
for me will work so: the accredited agency will have a series of engineers/loans who will go on the field to do the checks at very low prices.

I'm curious to see what will happen. I had done an analysis of the costs again when the dm was in a draft and I realized that it didn't make sense!
