Hello to all colleagues, I ask you a big favor, if you can take a look at the attached file below? These are some exercises on thermal deformations that are different from those that in fact lesson my professor and not having the procedure under I do not know where to put my hands, I would be infinitely grateful if you could give me a hand in solving them

to do those exercises you need to know the formula that binds temperature and elongation, constant spring and effort.
that it is circular or annular or star does not change much.
I would say you have to study the theory well if you don't know how to solve these exercises
