how do you move the work plan through values in x y and z?

in these days I became mad the solution but found it:
change> working plan or directly tap the q key
then open the arrows to move or rotate the desired axes

Yes, but I didn't mean that.
in previous versions (until 2008), with the command "worktop - move) opened the window with all the options (wheel, move) with the numerical values to embellish in the boxes according to the x,y,z axes.
here is the function shifting with increment according to the axes.

in the 2007 version with a dx button on the work plane and then change the work plan opened a table with which you could translate or rote the piece giving coordinates if that's what you mean, in 2008 this you get it with the commands I told you...

I use 2009.3, but the command is the same.
on versions prior to 2008 there was as much in the image I attach.
on the current version nn I have problems of rotation of the axes, but of translation of the plan with cohort as in the image.
