this chain, in the curve you "scatena" how would you do?

I am still struggling with a chain that in the curve is "scatena" i.e. it does not follow exactly the profile indicated and the pins come out from the relative locations.. .

Shoot, drop, center... I cannot find the solution

There's a lot to do. to draw it correctly you should draw the polygons of the dentate wheels and make some repetitions and not only one.
I believe that solidworks should do two distinct functions for belt and chain and consider that chains turn on polygons. at that point it would serve an ad hoc repetition to associate the chain function with repetition. could be a nice request for 2011 (for 2010 is too late).
if you have to animate the chain you have to pair all the shirts and simulate the contact.

very laborious, but if that approximation gives you boredom there is no alternative.

the requests for new functions must be forwarded to its var (nuovamacut, solidworld, adage, etc...) which should transmit them to solidworks. going to the user panel of the site solidworks (if registered and in subscription) I think it is possible to make the request, but it is preferable to pass for the var.
