a solution could be double click on the note , delete the script and write m5how could you delete the thread pitch specification?
example: m5x0,8 leave only m5, so it is understood that it is a normal thread but.

Yes, I knew, I prefer to avoid because if you happen to have to change the threaded hole in the ipt part (e.g. from m5 to m6) you do not update it and imagine the consequences! and then ogno hole you have to write manually... What a stress!

click on the thread, open the menu on purpose, delete what is written and click the second picture below from left. (at first sight the images seem to refer to the buttons above but not so).
