Hello, I have to perform an internal thread with a disc thread brake.
I can set almost everything, except that I do not understand the parameter with which it starts from below the hole (i.e., imposed 15mm of thread and he leaves almost 19 ), but this problem I solve putnto that it is deep 12 instead of 15, although I would like to understand the logic because I do not like to go to attempts! !
However, the real problem is another .
possible that it is not possible to set the correction of the brake radius ?? ?
If it makes me wide or narrow, I have to go back to drawing a slightly different milling diameter, rework the path, repass it to the post, put it back in the machine, recharge tools and resets etc... etc...??? ? ?
every time you consume the insert slightly, or at the beginning when I am a little tight before finding the right size?? ?
I think it's too complex and long!
possible that it is not possible to set the brake radius correction so as to work only with the concealer on board machine??? ? ?

I use version 11 of powermill

thanks for the tips:finger:

After 2 hours I was going around, I realized that there was still selected the "pitch cycle" flag at the bottom right in the cycle window, for what didn't make me select the radius comprehension!! !
So I solved the problem :-)
