throughs irregular walls

Hello everyone
I created an irregular wall like this: wall often at maximum thickness> local model>muri> vacuum for extrusion>cut:

but when I insert a door keeps me in memory the wall more often therefore the thickness of the frame remains enormous.. .

why use that method and not instead a type of wall specific for each thickness?
