thumbnails not visible with xp

Something strange happens to me...
in r10 with xp36 pro, updated to the second relaise, I do not see the miniatures neither of the families nor of the projects.(see attachment)
while in explorer as a preview I see everything. .
the beautiful is that with view64pro works.....
But it only happens to me?

hi happened to me, try to rewrite the file revitpreview.dll found in the folder program of revit.
identify the path of the file and segnalo from which it is part.
avvia dos typing cmd and write the following string
regsvr32 "all the file path"

It works, I had problems writing the address:
the command string in dos (copy paste):
regsvr32 "c:\programs\autodesk revit architecture 2010\program\revit.filepreview.dll"

I tried to do the process to record the revitpreview.dll file but a message comes out to me where it says it is not an executable file and there are no recorded helper recordings for this file type.
Do you know how to help me kindly?
