You mean orienting the bird????

command ucs
you can orientate it in x, y and z or move the origin or align it to an object. . .

I have not understood from your answer, I think you have to go on tools, options and intervene them somewhere setting the degrees and the crosses rotate.
I wanted to make a small design in assonometry.

variable snapstyl
set to 1
then with f5 commute between the various isoplan... .

but with this system do the isometrics, "ruoting" the pointer to 60°

If you want to make a 45° rider, use the ucs command and tilt on z of 45°
