timeout vault inventor any solution? ? ?

Good morning to all,

I am working with pc windows xp and inventor 2009
when I load files in the vault the server returns me the following error:
""the server returned the following information: external component has pulled an exception.""

I tried to increase time in control panel\administration tools\internet information service\default web site (properties) set timeout connection to 10000.


no result always receive the same error
How can I proceed? ? ?

Has anyone ever had these problems? ? ?

I also increased the 3g ram at the boot of the pc...but error comes out equally.
I have other errors to report:
error message (48/202) from hoops routine 'open_segment_by_key'
provided key does not refer to valid segment

error message (50/344) from hoops routine 'flush_geometry'
syntax error during expansion of '.' -
'.' referred to, but no segment is open

error message (48/269) from hoops routine 'close_segment'
nothing open - can't close to 'segment'


Does anyone know how to solve the problem of uploading files on the vault...every time this error comes out for each file and loading on the server becomes slow??? solutions? ? ?

if I can ask:
tried to relaunch the installation?
in your office you work in group or are you the only one who works at the cad?
in the first hypothesis if reinstallation is not successful, call assistance
