tips for start-up printing 3d

hello to all, I am a graduate in economics and I intend to open an activity investing in 3d printing because I have great possibilities in this field and also meet my passion regarding design, construction etc....
Now as you can well understand from the studies I have done I have no experience regarding the topic so I am here to ask for help from professionals in the field ...I would first of all like to know what 3d design programs I recommend to learn how to use and more in general everything I need to calculate what point to have a non-hobbistic preparation of the topic because precisely I intend to open an activity. Secondly, I would like to ask you for information on what type, brand, etc. of printers to buy ( clearly professional and with print size suitable for industrial use , not 20 x 20 to understand us ) and finally what printer you may purchase to practice in the meantime that I will frequent the learning courses so not just the top but not a toy.

I know that I have to learn a cad but I wanted to know in particular what was best and how I wrote in the request also the other programs necessary for 3d printing because they are planning the project for my business so I would like to have a clear picture of the times, costs etc. to start this activity and start contacting companies to buy printers etc.

It is not easy to say which is the best cad, surely there are cads of high-end catia, ug, creo, and then there are various solidworks, solidedge, inventor, of lower level but that obviously allow you to work, and also well.
for your project I believe that one cad is worth the other, since everyone (at least I think) can export/import files in stl format, which is used by 3d printers.
the actual printing software, you will be provided with the printer.
Of course you will already be prepared on the various 3d printing technologies, the cost of printers also depends on the technology used, so also in this case you will have to make choices.
I can't advise you this way, we should buy in the next few months a stratasys printer, so at the moment I have no direct experience.
