as you will have understood autocad use at elementary level, as marginal help to the specific software used in my work.

a short time ago you explained how to use the command size also to stretch (or vice versa) using the "maiusc" button. for me an epochal discovery. . .

other example: when quoting, I must scroll the menu for aligned quota, diameter, angle etc. I imagine at this point that there is a way to select a random quota (icon) and then make the quota you want.

and more generally: Is there somewhere a "loud" of tips & trics that can be used with ribbons?

because I use little autocad, but I still regret the classic display :d and I would like to become smarter.. .

sure you can't restore the classic version?
for quotas there should be the command for the intelligent quota with which quoti almost everything.
there is the .pgp file (you can find it under the tool menu) that allows you to set the keyboard shortcuts.
ribbons can be customized exactly like classic bars; right button on the ribbon area and make customization (it is not intuitive, but deepen it that is worth it)

It's not like that. I use the classic on a 2020.
There are tutorials to restore the classic version, or if in an old version you had the classic as an interface you could migrate into a new version.
