if, as I believe, to the used the single door panel family the sx/dx control has not been inserted,you can add it in this way:

1- Select the panel
2-top in the options bar click on family change

opens the family single door

3-on the left where there are commands for the editor of families click on control 4-on the options bar a set of darts appear, select the double horizontal arrows and place them on the left more or less in the same position as already existing ones.
5- Saves the family (magari with a different name so as not to compromise the existing one in case of errors:biggrin
6-load it into the project with the appropriate button and everything should work.
