Good morning, I have a question for you if you can help me.
I have been using solidworks for several years and I have never found myself so hard: (water valves)
data : valves of various nominal diameters from dn50 to dn 600,
pressure reduction circuit with a pilot 100 unidirectional pin valve fittings, a y filter with ogiva, a glycerine pressure gauge 0-16 bar and 4/5 two-way ball valves.
design and design the first valve with its circuit.
Once the valve rhyme is finished, I have to switch to the other valve with the largest nominal diameter. the input and output centerings + entry into the valve cap are not always equal are dependent on the valve dn. I'll still take you back below the picture.
I am currently having to do + 340 drawings.
attention the starting circuit (made first) is repeated also in the others change the coupling centers of the inputs and outputs.
I would like to reduce timing. as a rule I make a pack and go of the 3d assembly file, and table2d. then I go to replace the body I want and click ok. I will notice that there are intersections between tubes and components then in this case unravel all the components and I regroup them. I remember, however, that there is a method to facilitate all of my process.(more quickly)
Is there a system that when I change the valve I realline all the components with couplings and heights? I also tried to create axes but I'm not able to.
