in the toolbox as processing there are only holes in the hole wizard function

I think you should create library functions that have nothing to do with toolboxes. the functions you create and save where you prefer and call them when you need them.

in the right bread task (ctrl+f1 ) you will find a folder that is called design library.
inside you find various folders containing blocks, features, parts etc...
you can add a new folder where you can insert your works or insert them into an existing one.
to open the folder in windows just right click on one of them and select open folder
