topsolid - compatibility

Good morning to all, my name is pietro and I am new to the forum.
I have seen that you are competent and that the environment is very good, congratulations!

we come to my current problem.
an external designer quite basic uses top solid 5.13 (or 5.16 I'm not sure).
we have another version that doesn't seem to work. . .
currently in the company we use proe and autocad 2000.

Do you have any advice?

we would like to be able to edit the drawings and work from both sides with the same files.. .

ps forgot, currently sends us files in .d3d

d3d and d2d extensions are unfortunately very old to turn them into iges iges i steps or xt interfaces, it is advisable to upload them in version 6 of topsolid that reads the native d2d and d3d and then transform them.
If you send me a file I will send you the converted model.
