Having recently changed my job and I'm working on new things. beautiful because of course you learn new things, complicated because sometimes you give for discounted knowledge that I do not have.
by making it short: various internal discussions were born because someone claimed that the trabattelli used in the company to work in height had to carry mark.
I go to check and on the site of theinail I find expressly written that they cannot be marked ce as there is no directive.
must respect if anything Legislative Decree 81/08 and s.m.i.
Well, I say. I go ahead and I always read on the site of theinail that a trabattello must always rest on the wheels ed Otherwise the trabattello is considered scaffolding.I don't care. will only be a different category of identification ...
Very bad, instead. because looking at the normative references for scaffolding, these only concern the scaffolding for building buildings, which therefore are not applicable to my problem.
so at the practical moment I am now with high platforms that lean on fixed feet, not mountable/removable but fixed geometry, which I have no idea under which normative hat end.
this also considering that there is already a structural calculation report of the structure realized by an external study, however regarding the en 1004 that rule "temporary structures that have their own stability, consisting of prefabricated elements with project-compliant dimensions, four feet with swivel wheels and one or more platforms"
Does anyone know how to make light?
thanks in advance
ps for laughing and not crying I will call this balt object: It's not a trabattello, it's not a scaffold. knows only what is not
