transformation attributes into texts

I read about the forums where we talk about the transformation of the attributes of the blocks into simple texts through the burst command.
I have tried in all ways but this command does not work, I use an autocad application for electrical drawings (planimetries and schematics).

the application is called "tin line", it is not a complete version of autocad because some commands do not allow me to do them.

I checked, and the version I installed on the pc and is "oem".
I would like to send drawings in dwg, but I have to explode the symbols, and if I do it all I have compiled in attributes it disappears.
Is there a solution?

in oem versions you can use the lisp, but they must be compiled (fas) using their integrated form as the files must be registered to such versions, in essence they are created to be used only in the version in use.

if in the application you use have not implemented a sort of burst you just have to lean on the friend with autocad full that can change the dwg.
