transformation from mesh 3d to solid

good day, I need your help to transform this "coppa" (see attached file) created with the revolved mesh command into a solid. I tried with the convert to solid command, but autocad tells me that the operation is not possible.... would you know how to help me?
also indicating me an alternative way to create the same figure.. .

if the pdf was not clear the cup is not a semisphere. if front view has the shape of a half of an oval

You could try drawing the section, and make the section revolution straight in solid. as below attached.
