transparency non-active parts together

excuse the question a little banal, but how do you set the transparency of objects not active in a set? practically until a few days ago, when I worked on an object within a set, the others became transparent while they now remain equal and often make confusion.

application options -> display -> inactive component appearance -> ... opacity percentage rule
