a curiosity, can you customize the display of the tree?
you can view the name, the property used as description, configuration name and display status name.
if I wanted to display two or three properties of the file, can you? Maybe changing some txts?

in solidedge you could customize it by specifying which properties and in which order to display them. You know what I mean?

you can put only one property, though.... it is to try, but you could do a property like "desc_fm" and with equations you put together the three properties that interest you. I don't know if it's a thing, you should try... .

I tried and you're right, equations don't need, and just write the correct syntax to recall the other property, see next image where in desc_shaft I go to add description and material.
to be able to recall the property "desc_fm" in the options then add it to the file propreties.txt used by sw to generate the list of properties. you can also do it from "change list" in the property screen.

with your method is easier, but you have to be careful about the syntax!! !
add ":" and quotes.
