Sorry I am a beginner I tried to understand the online guides of rhinoceros but, it will be the age, I can not follow the instructions.
in poor words sometimes I get stl files of structures theoretically perforated with a cap integrated in a single mesh, I need to create a tunnelling and send the file to the cam for milling from the full.
Can some charitable soul turn off procedures like a child?

Thank you.

I mean that I have to drill the solid so that the shape closes down the hole axis...that is, the hole must remain aside. . .

I think if you place one of the structures you're talking about, someone could do some tests and indicate the method, as long as it's possible, starting from a stl.
Young people.

that represented is the project of an implant supermoncone, to be glued on a titanium moncone with passing screw, you notice the impots (top and below) of the vte passage that however on the file is bolted, I should tunnel, that is to uncover the supermoncone. . .
I think you understand better by looking at the file

Thank you.

and what you have to do a hole!!

You make a cylinder of mash, you align it as you like, and then you'll subtract it with bolean operations for mash.

all commands find them in the mash icon bar

I don't know if I understood the problem well, but I followed this procedure anyway:
Since the structure is very irregular, I first measured the available space for drilling, so I created a cilindo/mesh (r = 0.8 ) that I centered on the structure. I then used "boleane mesh>difference" for the subtraction of the cylinder from the structure, obtaining a regular hole as you can see on the test file 1 that attach.
I also tried with larger beam cylinders, but the difference corrupts the surfaces. (try 2).
I hope I helped you.

managing implant platforms with rhino and/or plug-ins is not the ideal solution for me. By the way, if you want to work on bridge toronto with 3, 5 or more plants with rhino you can't get a great precision. . .

If you want I can give you some advice but you have to explain to me what level you are with rhino

Let me know if you want to do something like that.

I certainly intend to learn as much as possible and applicable in the dental sector, ... surely progressively not in a day.
I have now purchased rhinoceros 4 co dental shaper, I am beginning to fix the milling axes in quanrto not always come out vertical from the dental cads (I don't know why), I perform some conversion of closed files, I stand some implant moncones modeled on original cylinders without software platform for the gluing technique.
for the future I would like to be able to manage reassembly of implant libraries for the milling from the full without having to entrust myself to third parties and then stay ahead with all applications that will zerranno supported by the prototyping, in particular for the wieland t1 that I possess.
and however clear that the future passes for modeling cad and the more I learn so much more I assure a stable and less uncertain work.
If you can give me some ideas, I'll be grateful.
Thank you.

Can you handle these jobs with dentalshaper???? But when he's in the patient's mouth, does everything work?

I have currently drilled only single implants and once 3 connected elements, if you refer to the couplings of the implant bases I have done it only at the level of exercise, I have not mastery in the experience of the results, but the re-mittances in the axis of the files and the puncture do not have problems for the gluing technique, consider that the wieland t1 is a 5 axes continuously even if it sometimes commits of calculation, so much so much so that I must always start the cycle.
