In the first case you have to build the section (it is not difficult, take a manual in which all measurements, rays, inclinations, etc. appear). If instead you have to solve a frame (most likely case according to me), draw the frame with a unifilare pattern, in the properties of the "beam" elements insert the moment of inertia and the section height of the upn iron you need.
