ucs 3d icon to restore in wireframe2d mode

Hello, everyone.
I have a problem with the ucs icon: at work generally use drawing 2d; since I made a 3d model, the icon does not return to its 2d representation and the file has become very slow and remains in 3d mode. I generally use the plan command and I return to the 2d, but this time something is wrong. Can anyone give me advice?
