ui configuration problem and maintenance options.

I have a problem with configuration, or rather, with the maintenance of the settings of the interface of creo parametric.
I attach an image.


I just want to move the graphical toolbar to the right, and disable the automatic browser opening when booting.

while going to set the appropriate options. these are not maintained. while the quick access bar, the top with small buttons, that keeps them all the commands inserted while not finding traces of files that manage that bar.

toolbar settings etc. are managed by config.win.
At least in wfire 4 was so, I don't know if the configuration files were changed on creo 1.0. . . .

I have no config.win on the pc. in fact compared to the wf, even the 5, there is no more this file. who snooped me.

Identified the problem .. but not the solution. when the program closes, I create reset the window settings. keeps the keys inserted in quick access, but resets the rest. then the browser reopens at every start.. etc.
I try with a re-installation! !
