unclosed links to close the file

Bye to all,
Sometimes, at the end of a set, I find myself unable to rename it; I have an error that tells me that the file is used in some process.
I can't understand why something remains open. At that point I have to act on the server level to close the link and everything goes well.
I'm sure I'm just using that data together.

Sometimes it happens. Windows cache is probably not cleaned.

working with a server, there's probably something on the server (or client) that prevents it. have you disabled creating thumbs for example?

I happen the same thing even not working as a server.
if you open them after that message opens them as "[Sola lettura]"?

I solve by closing solidworks completely and reopening it
