Hello, I'm having a problem in modeling a squadron valve body. the operation to be carried out is the union of two thin blend surfaces in order to obtain a single homogeneous surface. perhaps it is not very indicated the use of this command but having little experience I do not know other methods. I think the best method is to model in surface mode (without thickness), join the two entities (merge), add rounding (if there is) and after thickness.

Now I think I'm here! instead of using thin protrusion I used the surface command creating the 2 surfaces one inside the other (fig 1). I have created a fitting surface between 2 (fig 2), I have joined two to two surfaces with the intermediate fitting and finally offset the desired thickness surfaces (fig 3)
