unrecognized conversion of a .sv$ file to dwg

I hope I have not wrong section, however I expose my problem...I was working on autocad when it got stuck suddenly continuing to load so I closed and searched .bak files and .sv$... what .bak found renamed open but then I didn't save much that instead that .sv$ even in low hours is more updated sin but I can't rename or better do I do it and then it always says that I don't Odd for 14.00 I have to deliver printed plans are in trouble !!!
