unusable and undeleteable icons in the work area

suddenly some icons have begun to appear on the work area that even if they are deleted reappear. these are the terms that appear by approaching the dart: "import shape files" and "abc myhtach" someone can help me understand how I can delete them permanently or do so as not to see them more on the work area? moving them into the toolbar and also fixing them reappeared in the work area and beyond all they are completely unusable. absolutely not. I just needed a search of 5 seconds on google to find the installed applications abc autocad - download free or customized autocad software. free download autocad addons.
