update of nx parts in batch

Dear Members

with nx (master model work within teamcenter and also native) I would like to be able to create a batch file that, without opening the graphic interface, do the following:
1-open a nx part
2-reload database attributes (reload database attributes)
3-Save and close the part

How can you do that? using the grip? or should you write code in c and compile it using ugopen?

I think you have to use nx/open with the appropriate itk calls for the interview with tc.
