upgrade da autocad lt 2008 ad autocad lt 2014

Hello to all

we would like to update from 2008 lt to 2014 lt
But I have some confusion
I find 2 codes for update:
057f1-ad541p-4004
057f1-ad5411-4001

and to see from the description are the same thing:
autocad lt 2014 - update license
- 1 post - upgrade from previous version
- commercial - win - multilingual - autodesk ml02

but then how come 2 different codes?
