urgent-i can't open 2d

Excuse me, but it's very urgent. I don't know practically anything about unigraphics, I just have to convert files including a 2d that I would like to convert to dxf. But when I try to open it tells me that there is an error even if it shows me the preview... do you know how to fix??

if you're trying to open the .prt file with autocad it's normal for you to get the written one


If instead you appear the error mess by opening the draft with unigraphics then it may be that your software version is not compatible with the version with which we have prepared the drawing....

with what version are you opening the file? and what version does it come from?

I don't know the sw you use and I wonder: is there no possibility of exporting the license to another pc?
so you would have no problem with " parallelism " and we would all draw a breath of relief (see the pebble pulled in the forum ).

6.0.0.24? It's the first six. (normally it is the version on which the "parallele" versions are built).

upgrada to a newer version: definitely helps.
