Look, I learned it myself (not yet completely, but enough to be operational and productive) a couple of years ago. only by following the easy tutorials of the program and the various issues that arise away here in the forum. then try so much by practicing with real projects (and for work I am obliged to do so) and slowly you take us confidence and "discover" always new things.
I suggest you follow this road, then at the limit when you have a minimum of mastery you can inform a dealer of your area to take a course Advanced and aimed at your needs, because that base is quite limited and little different from the tutorials.. in the sense that if you have to spend money, spend it well.
