v5r19 and v5r21 but start from R19?

Good morning, guys.
I am new to the forum, I wanted to ask you a quick information, I installed on a ws catia v5r19 and v5r21, everything works correctly, except one thing, when I start a file from smarteam (or directly) opens the file with v5r21, I would like to open the files with v5r19, you would know how to tell me how to do it?

the last installation is the one that "command" , open the files from inside to v5r19 and it works all .
if you double-click on a file, the v5r21 starts.
