variable section sweep with sform

Bye to all,
I modeled the surface of a conduit using a variable section sweep considering also sforming. However:
1) Why does not measure the diameter on the input and exit sections?
2) would you have used different commands to model it?
3) Is there a way to put sforming (with deformed command) on surfaces without edges like that?

I miss something, but with a very simple revolution?

Hi.
but with a revolution I could not have inserted the corner of deformity. in the second picture see that the piece is deformed centrally...if I'm not clear enough I can also make other images.

If it's a circumference... But if it's not? from which the revolution failed. . .

Can you post the neutral model?

Thank you.

saying "unsuccessful revolution" alluded to what preparation-h suggested...

However, if you can't read the measurements it might (may) mean that the system doesn't recognize a single diameter and therefore that the circularity is lost in operations. It's a hypothesis.

I don't understand why you don't see the diameter:redface:

diameter = 119.995 this is what it says from analysis -> measurement -> diameter

Hi.

I attach the native file proe. I don't measure it.
you might think that I'm looking for fur in the egg but actually I just try to figure out if the command of "sweep to variable section" varies the section as you want or as I ask him to do (following two straight profiles in input and output).

Thank you.

Hi.

Unfortunately from home I cannot open the file since I have a version of proe for personal use and therefore does not open the files of commercial versions.

we wait for some other suggestions!
