vector recognition of a tif image

Good evening to all,
I have available a tif file that I imported on a dwg. I would need autocad to recognize the contours of the elements of the file, as once converted the tif in pdf is displayed as a raster image.

from the tif does not revenues the contours, from the pdf you can succeed but depends on how it was created, i.e. if you convert a tif in pdf there is nothing, the pdf must have been generated by a vector software
