vectorize the contour of an image

Hello.
I would like to know how to vectorize the contour of an image, I searched on the forum but I did not find what interests me.
I hope you can help me.

If the image you have to vectorize king is a pdf you can insert it in autocad as subjected and get the snaps to the points you can copy the contour.
otherwise there is an app only for ios that turns into dwg any kind of img even a photo otherwise there are somewhat more complicated roads

from 2014 (if not mistaken) in mechanical have been integrated the rasterization features that should serve just for what you are looking for (I tried a couple of times, but not so much)... "Raster tools" in the menu...
