I ask a question to all of you who can answer me,
I would like to build and automate electronically and mechanically an automatic distributor in order to sell various products, from dvds, to car cleaning products etc.... for my business.

My question is, could I? do I have to adhere to/exist specific rules for construction? Do I have an inscription to the specific chamber of commerce? Could I trade them to other businesses? ....

fantasy or reality? , whoever can give me a help I thank everyone in advance.....
