in solidworks there are already many basic aspects.just open the bread task panel and go into the appearance tab.
otherwise we go sheet of the feature manager and changes the appearance, if present (otherwise you insert one at random), going to advanced mode, then in the color/image tab and through the browse button of the file path of the appearance go look for the appropriate look in the folders of solidworks
