Hello everyone, I would like to ask you a courtesy about ansys workbench 12 simulation. I have a brief answer: I'm testing with symmetric load cells. the purpose is to demonstrate that these load cells only work with vertical load (in this case for compression) relative to the configuration chosen in the project. changing this configuration the cell should draw the desired effect.
the pattern as seen in the photo previews a cell the symmetric load of red color, which rests with the lower base on a plane; a superior support for the load cell, anchored to the latter through a passing screw; and finally plug suna that connects the support for the cell with the support base for the load or weight.
as you can see from the photos the support for the yellow cell, is also connected to a verticlale plan through 6 passing screws.
Now my problem is to insert the constraints, because I tried different configurations but I can't get out of it.
I begin with the couplings, I imposed bonded between plug and cell support and between plug and base of support, as the weight that is placed does not allow rotation along the orthogonal axis to the plug axis. then I imposed bonds between screw and load cell, and also between screw and load cell support. Finally I imposed fixed supports on the bottom of the load cell and frictioneless media inside the ke holes cross the support for the load cell.
in your opinion could it go?
I also add the assieme into moneyworks
