Hello, everyone.
I am doing a thesis with the purpose of checking structurally with ansys 13.0 a vertical axis turbine to 6 blades. I consulted iec 61400-2 that provides a simplified method of calculation for horizontal axis turbines, while iec 61400-1 is more generic but is based on wind speed and does not provide a method of calculation of loads.
I wanted to know if anyone can tell me or pass on the material in which there are calculation indications, load hypotheses or a method of obtaining the loads. Or how should I proceed?
