hello to all are a new user of visi vers. 15 to make cut pieces 3 axes with selca control 1200.
I have a problem on the piece that I place as an image.
the problem is that I can't work the milling vertically on some walls but I always create a ray.
basically I should create in a full block the footprint of the profiles in yellow.
Who can help me thank you.

if I remember it try to change the type of approach.
I haven't used this problem for a long time, but I remember that I had had this problem several times.:Mother:

I would like to understand how I can work for example the flat final face with a frieze and the rest with another? I have to use different profiles I think but I can't.

from the image you posted you do not understand a gra ché,cmq seems that you have done a 3d workmanship and not a simple contouring or emptying (correct me if I'm wrong).

In the meantime, the spiral strategy, personally, does not seem to me suitable for that specific piece, as it is little circular, and the spiral is almost immediately cut. If you're finishing I'd propose "parallel plates" with direction of work on the larger axis of the piece.
However if by ray you mean the movements above the flat face, those are the approaches (perdonate if I can't be precise, since the v15 I left it for a while): If you check between the parameters of "approach" and "swin" you should find horizontal /vertical/axial and for each there are fields for input. I imagine that what you're looking for is "axial", but probably the dovari complete with limitation profiles, if it still manages to wander.
