from what told me the technician who installed 2017 presentations are the most appropriate tool.
also because they have inserted in this last some functions that were previously in publishers that is no longer produced.
always from what I heard study should not be implemented anymore.

I didn't try with study, I used it a few years ago and it was a very different thing.... i.e. you could animate the components and see different representations of position but they were all actions already "foreseen" by the assieme. with publishers and ipn you can freely manipulate any piece regardless of constraints. from this point of view the ipn are ultra fast and practical to use, if I had to make the video using constraints and representations of position I would never have done it, perhaps also because noo I know all its features but it seems more difficult to use for this purpose.
