how do you view a level that exists but does not appear in any section view or prospectus?
e.g. I see the liv -1, liv 0, liv 2, liv colpertura. . .
and liv 1???? Where is she?? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
checking in individual views of prospectus or section or detail the liv 1 is not among the hidden elements.
in graphic visibility the levels have appeared in fact I see everything except the liv 1.
if in cutout view I remove the check and check also in hyperspace I do not find any residual level.

Most likely the level does not exist. someone deleted it or renamed it.
just for scruple go on "view" -> "plant views" and look in the box, if there is something like "liv 1" then it is somewhere, if instead it is not there and you do not even have it in the list "floors" then it doesn't really exist

the point is that I do not find it in any of the existing sectional or prospective views or create new ones. not even, as I said in the opening, zooming to the "hyperspace".
I did a test: if the extremities of the model (the white balls that appear by clicking on the level line) are dragged to join and the symbols have previously been hidden, the level line disappears in the views.
could this have happened during work(?) however there is a way to restore, review, see or find this cursed level that is surely somewhere?? ?

Therefore, it is not a level, but a view. you can have a plant that matches the first level without having a level called "level 1". views and levels can have different names.
