probably is a visualization problem.
150mb are really many, I'm not surprised that you have difficulty handling the table or that some views do the bizze.
somewhere in some discussion I wrote some settings to optimize board management, however a method, without analyzing all system options, is to set the views on which you do not work in shady mode without borders. you will notice an improvement of manipulation at the expense of having to set each time the views

When it happens to me, I hide and show my sight. I usually do.

It happens to me too, I solve with a simple refresh, or changing doing some "zapping" on the display style. to the worst close and open the table. However it is only a visualization problem, it does not lose references
