view sketch lines when creating part together

Good evening,
I find it difficult because at the time of creating a sketch for a new part, created ex novo in the environment together, on a surface of a part already present, if the sketch line passes through an area of this preexisting part, the sketch line is covered by the body itself. I hope I explained.
I would like to know if there is a way to always see the sketch line through some options, without having to activate the transparency of the parts.

I honestly didn't understand much.
I try to interpret, she needs to cut geometry when she makes a 2d sketch. if this is, once the sketch environment is activated, press f7.
